After spending almost 7 years at Leonardo & Co Bank (today Natixis Partners), on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, Jean-Philippe joined Halisol Group in 2013, where he took part of the investment strategy for Real Estate and Private Equity (direct or via funds), in France and in Luxembourg.

In 2017, Jean-Philippe participated in the incorporation of LLC Real Estate Fund, where he focused more specifically on the origination and execution of transactions.

Jean-Philippe is graduated of HEC Paris, Major Finance.
