
The Fund invests in "value added" real estate products almost exclusively located in Luxembourg. These assets may involve transformation, renovation, rehabilitation and/or esthtic and environmental upgrading.
The team is inspired (in connection with its previous experiences) with strategies implemented in the classic Private Equity funds: looking for assets with high potential in order to create value for its investors.
As examples:
- Buildings to renovate an restore from technical or aesthetic points of view, to make them more attractive on the rental market,
- Land reserves to exploit, optimize or develop,
- Changes of utilization from office to residential buildings depending on the area,
- Sale & Lease Back cases to be set up with institutional sellers to help them rationalize their portfolio (for example, the acquisition of the asset Rue Thomas Edison).
